About: Have your kids spend the summer days with us at our Summer Day Camp! We've got themed weeks, with outings every other Friday. Children will be kept busy in a controlled, fun environment!
This program is designed for young athletes and will focus on strength and conditioning in the off-season months.

About: Discover the fundamentals of karate in a supportive, high-energy environment. Led by Sensei Ben Thompson, a 2nd Degree Black Belt with years of experience, this 12-week introductory course is suitable for everyone. You'll learn stances, strikes, and traditional forms while building strength, and discipline. No prior martial arts experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm and readiness to learn!
