This program is designed for all bodies and all levels. It is a flow class linking gentle movements with breath work to rejuvenate your soul.

About: Learn how to babysit with confidence through the Babysitting Course facilitated by St. John Abulance certified instructor, Shonna. Emphasis will be on safety, rules, basic first aid, responding to emergencies, and developing leadership skills. Please bring a bagged lunch!
This program is designed for young athletes and will focus on strength and conditioning in the off-season months.
